Rivvun AI raises a $7.55M seed round to deploy AI agents that recover enterprise spend and revenue leakage

Rivvun AI, a startup founded by veterans of contract-management firm Icertis, has raised a $7.55M seed round led by Sitara Capital and 3one4 Capital. Its pitch is an AI “execution layer” that connects to a company's existing ERP, CRM, and procurement systems, reads the commercial terms it has agreed to, finds money that was never collected or settled as promised, and chases it at the transaction level. The platform splits into buy-side agents that recover unenforced supplier rebates and pricing commitments and sell-side agents that recover customer settlement variances, deployed with industry-specific logic for sectors like pharma, banking, and retail. The founders frame it as AI tied directly to the P&L, targeting what they cite as more than $2T a year that never makes it from obligation to settlement.
