Reformation, the womenswear brand favored by Taylor Swift and Hailey Bieber, prepares a summer IPO on more than $500M in revenue

Reformation, the womenswear label that built a celebrity following on fans like Taylor Swift and Hailey Bieber, could go public as early as this summer, people familiar with the plans told the Wall Street Journal. Plans call for a confidential filing as early as next week and a listing by July, the people said, though they stressed nothing is set and the timing may move. Reformation is on track for more than $500M in revenue this year, and its private-equity owner Permira, which bought a majority stake in 2019, would get a welcome exit through a listing. It is moving to capitalize on a hot IPO market that, after SpaceX's recent debut and ahead of expected OpenAI and Anthropic offerings, has made 2026 the biggest year for U.S. listings by deal value since 2021.
