PicPay, a Brazilian digital bank, priced its initial public offering at $19.00 per share to raise approximately $434 million. The company offers 22.9 million Class A common shares that are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol “PICS” on January 29. The fintech serves more than 66 million customers and reported a net profit of roughly $59 million for the first nine months of 2025.
