mobilezone completed its acquisition of AK Group AG, first announced on March 19, for an enterprise value of approximately CHF 180M in cash. AK Group includes the e-commerce platform Apfelkiste.ch and MAREIN, a company specializing in retail branding and sourcing, strengthening the Swiss telecommunications and mobile-lifestyle group's positions across retail, e-commerce, and B2B. Apfelkiste.ch founder Pierre Droigk becomes mobilezone's largest individual shareholder with a 5.18% stake, held through his JULE Investment Management AG, and will be proposed for election to the board at the March 2027 annual general meeting.
