The 1,816-square-foot upper unit at 2977 21st Street is a Victorian house built in 1885 and renovated in 2015, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two outdoor decks, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and wide-plank white oak flooring. The building's owner is also listing the entire building for just under $2M, and says most interested buyers have been drawn to the full building purchase rather than the upper unit alone.
