eBay's Social Sharing page, which lets sellers post listings directly to Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram from within Seller Hub, has been returning an error page for over 24 hours with no response from eBay community staff on a fix timeline. The tool has had a rocky track record since launching in 2023, including the removal of Twitter/X support due to API restrictions, recurring posting delays, and a paused AI video creation feature that failed to meet expectations. As a workaround, sellers can use the standard “share listing” button on the Active Listings page or manually copy listing URLs from their browser, though neither option covers all the platforms available through the full Social tool.
