Dust, an AI platform that enables teams to deploy and collaborate with AI agents in shared workspaces, raised $40M in a Series B round led by Abstract with participation from Sequoia, Snowflake Ventures, and Datadog. The company is used by more than 3,000 organizations globally including Clay, Profound, Persona, and Doctolib (the last of which uses Dust across 3,000 employees), with users having deployed more than 300,000 agents across customers. Dust's “multiplayer AI” approach positions itself against single-agent tools by creating persistent shared workspaces where humans and agents share context, tools, and goals, with features including a semantic search context layer, MCP connections for tool actions, agent self-improvement loops, and admin observability with SOC 2 Type II certification.
