Cashify appoints bankers for IPO targeting Rs 1,500-1,800 crore raise, with filing expected by mid-2026

Cashify, a Gurugram-based omnichannel recommerce platform that lets users buy and sell used electronics and runs exchange programs with brands like Xiaomi, OnePlus, and Samsung, has appointed ICICI Securities, JM Financial, and Nomura as bankers for its proposed IPO, according to a Moneycontrol report. The company plans to raise between Rs 1,500 crore and Rs 1,800 crore, with early investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Olympus Capital Asia, and Blume Ventures expected to offload part of their holdings via an offer for sale component, and IPO papers are expected to be filed around June to July with a potential listing in early 2027. Cashify narrowed its losses by 80% to Rs 10.5 crore in FY25 while growing operational revenue from Rs 935 crore to Rs 1,096 crore year over year.
