Banzai, a marketing and sales technology company, acquired the assets of ConnectAndSell, an AI sales-acceleration platform that helps B2B teams reach decision-makers in live phone conversations, for $13.2M effective July 2. Consideration breaks down into $5.5M in cash, a $1.8M one-year seller's note, and $5.9M in stock and pre-funded warrants, pricing the deal at less than one times ConnectAndSell's fiscal 2025 revenue. ConnectAndSell reported $14.7M in revenue for fiscal 2025 at an 86% gross margin, according to the companies. Banzai said the deal adds a sales-acceleration platform to its marketing and sales software portfolio, with most of ConnectAndSell's 38 employees joining the company.
