Amazon Business launches same-day delivery of fresh groceries to business customers in more than 2,300 U.S. cities

Amazon Business is bringing same-day delivery of fresh, perishable groceries to business customers in more than 2,300 U.S. cities and towns, allowing organizations to add items like fresh produce, dairy, meat and seafood, baked goods, frozen foods, and pantry staples to their existing Amazon Business orders for office supplies and breakroom essentials. Business Prime members get free same-day delivery on grocery orders over $25 in most areas, with a $2.99 fee for orders below the minimum, while customers without a Prime membership pay a $12.99 fee regardless of order size. Orders are delivered within set delivery windows businesses choose at checkout using Amazon's temperature-controlled fulfillment network, with every item undergoing a six-point quality check before delivery, according to the company.
