Airwallex, the cross-border payments and financial infrastructure company, raised $320M in a Series H round led by returning investor Addition, lifting its valuation to $11B from $8B in December. The fresh capital will fund two new AI products and an expansion of its regulatory footprint into new markets. T:0 is an AI-native platform meant to run a business's finance functions from day one, automating bookkeeping, forecasting, taxes, compliance, and reporting, currently in private beta. Airi is an agentic consumer wallet starting with Airwallex's one-click checkout, which the company says lifted conversions up to 14% in early testing, with planned features like delegated agent payments, spend limits, and permission controls. Annualized revenue hit $1.3B in March, up 74% year over year, on $287B in transaction volume.
